Talk about easy and fresh! Grilling the grapes brings out their natural sweetness. But don’t turn them more than once on the grate, or the clusters may start to fall apart. When selecting grapes for this recipe, pick the ripest grapes that are plump and free of wrinkles. If desired, lay each cluster of grilled grapes over a scoop of lemon sorbet in bowls. You could also serve this as a side dish to grilled pork or as an appetizer with assorted cheeses. This recipe serves 4, but could easily be doubled for entertaining. You can also grill the grapes on skewers.

Ingredients

Grapes

1 pound(s), red seedless

Olive oil cooking spray

1 spray(s)

Instructions

  1. Break grape cluster into 4 even sections; spray them with olive oil cooking spray.
  2. Prepare a grill for direct, high-heat cooking.
  3. Set grape clusters on grate over heat. Grill until marked, just until skins start to split, about 8 minutes, turning once.
