Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a large baking pan with aluminum foil; lightly coat with cooking spray.
  2. Spread cherries on prepared pan and toss with sugar. Roast, stirring once or twice, until wilted and juices are starting to brown, 25-30 minutes.
  3. Spoon roasted cherries and juices into a bowl; stir in vanilla seeds. Serve at room temperature over yogurt.
  4. Serving size: 1 c yogurt with ½ c sauce
