This Greek-inspired meal-in-a-bowl comes together in less than 10 minutes when you take the time to food prep in advance. Bowls make great family meals since everyone can customize what's in their own dish. Streamline prep work by buying refrigerated shrimp cocktail from your supermarket. You can also just thaw and season cooked, frozen shrimp. If you don't have time to cook the farro, swap in cooked, frozen brown rice.

Ingredients

Cooked shrimp

4 oz, seasoned with salt and pepper

Cooked farro

½ cup(s)

Romaine lettuce

1 cup(s), shredded

Sweet red pepper(s)

½ cup(s), chopped

Cucumber(s)

Crumbled feta cheese

Fresh lemon juice
