Feta cheese and buttermilk combine in this creamy yet tangy dressing that's drizzled over a fresh salad of lettuce, tomateos, bell pepper, cucumber, onion, and olives. If you can find reduced-fat feta, use it. The dressing, which may remind you of a lightened feta dip, also works well drizzled over heirloom tomatoes or roasted vegetables. You can also make the dressing ahead of time and chill until ready to serve. Pair this salad with steak, chicken or even fish. You can also add steak or chicken into the salad and toss.
