In the mood for homemade cake but don’t want to spend a ton of time baking? Then this banana-sweetened, no-sugar added, microwave-mug cake is for you! We add texture and flavor by stirring in fresh raspberries, creamy peanut butter, and white chocolate chips but feel free to make it your own with your favorite type of berry, nut butter, and chocolate.

Unsalted butter

Egg

Vanilla extract
¼ tsp
Banana
⅛ cup(s), mashed (2 tbsp)
Cacao powder
1 Tbsp

Instructions

In a medium microwave-safe mug, microwave butter until melted, about 30 seconds; remove and let cool for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Add egg and vanilla extract to mug; whisk until smooth. Stir in banana, cacao powder, and chocolate chips; microwave on high for 1 minute.

Remove from microwave; gently fold in raspberries and peanut butter. Serve warm.
