Goat cheese crostini

Semisoft goat cheese
1 Tbsp, chopped flat-leaf
⅛ tsp, freshly ground
1 medium clove(s), peeled
1 loaf/loaves, medium, 8 (1/2 inch thick) slices, toasted
- In a small bowl, combine the goat cheese, parsley, and pepper. Press in the garlic with a garlic press, then add the oil and mix until smooth. Spread on the baguette slices.
