Looking for veggie dishes with exotic flare? Try our fabulous Asian-influenced asparagus. Four ingredients and 16 minutes is all that you need to make this fresh vegetable favorite. When selecting asparagus for this dish, we found that thinner asparagus work better for sautéing, as they will cook faster and more evenly in the skillet. Regardless of the thickness that you choose for your asparagus, be sure to select a bunch that has plump, straight stems. Pair the asparagus dish with scallops, fish or chicken for an excellent weeknight dinner.
