Garlicky White Bean Dip
This simple yet luscious dip is ideal for everyday snacking.It also makes a delicious sandwich spread.
Canned white beans
2 medium clove(s), chopped
1 Tbsp, extra virgin
- Process the beans, garlic, oil, cumin, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl and refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
Along with plenty of crunchy, no–POINTS value veggies like celery sticks, bell pepper strips, steamed broccoli or cauliflower florets, and Belgian endive leaves. It also makes a delicious sandwich spread for whole-wheat pita breads. The dip keeps in the refrigerator for up to three days.
