This super quick pasta dish is one where you add the pasta to the sauce pot (instead of pouring the sauce over the pasta). This ready in minutes sauce is made from a simple broth, enhanced by the flavors of sautéed sausage and sweet pimientos and thickened by chopped frozen spinach. So rather than serving individual plates or bowls of the pasta, cook the sauce in a pretty Dutch oven or other stovetop-to-table pot, and dish out the pasta family style once everyone is seated. To complement this dish, halve a garlic clove and rub it on toasted slices of Italian bread. Then lightly coat the bread with olive-oil cooking spray.
