Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
1½ cup(s), rolled variety
Uncooked wheat bran
Golden seedless raisins
Toasted wheat germ
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spread oats and bran on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake, stirring often, until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, stir together almonds, honey, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Add oat mixture and stir to combine. Spread mixture on baking sheet and bake, stirring often, until mixture is dark golden brown, about 10 minutes.
- Transfer to bowl. Stir in raisins and wheat germ. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
