Ingredients

Fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix

1 package(s), 1.4 oz box

Plain unsweetened almond milk

2 cup(s)

Cool Whip Fat Free Whipped Topping

6 oz

Graham crackers

30 square(s), separated into 60 equal pieces

Instructions

  1. Stir together the pudding mix and milk. Let it sit 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Line a 9 X 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Evenly spread the pudding in the bottom of the baking pan.
  3. Put the pudding in the freezer 1 hour or until it is frozen.
  4. Spread the Cool Whip evenly over the pudding. Put back in the freezer until it is frozen.
  5. Place 3 rows of 10 graham cracker sections over frozen Cool Whip and remove parchment paper from pan.
  6. Cut around each graham cracker with a knife so you have 30 equal pieces of frozen s'mores. Sandwich each piece with a remaining graham cracker to make 30 sandwiches.
  7. Serving size: 1 sandwich
