Ingredients

Fresh lemon juice

1 Tbsp

Superfine sugar

1 Tbsp

Unsweetened frozen peaches

16 oz, (1 bag)

Prosecco

2½ cup(s), sparkling white wine, or champagne (let bubbles settle before measuring)

Liqueur

2 fl oz, (about 1/3 cup), peach flavor

Instructions

  1. Stir together lemon juice and sugar in glass measure until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Combine peaches, prosecco, liqueur, and lemon juice mixture in blender, in batches if needed, and process until smooth. Pour into 8 glasses.
  3. Per serving: about 1/2 cup

Notes

Garnish each drink by placing a fresh peach wedge on the rim of each glass.
