Frozen PB–Banana Cookie Bites

Instant sugar-free fat-free chocolate pudding prepared with skim milk
Salted creamy peanut butter
Reduced fat vanilla wafer(s)
1 medium, 12 (1/4-inch) slices, ripe
- Stir together pudding and peanut butter in small bowl until blended well.
- Spoon 1 teaspoon of pudding mixture onto ﬂat side of each of 12 cookies. Top each with 1 banana slice and 1 teaspoon pudding mixture; top with remaining cookies, ﬂat side down.
- Arrange cookies on small baking sheet and freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Can be stored in airtight container in freezer up to 2 weeks.
- Per serving: 1 cookie
