Thick and creamy smooth Greek yogurt is the perfect counterpoint to the refreshing citrus-infused cream topping in this quick layered dessert. You could dress this sweet ending up for company - without extra work - by layering the ingredients in wine goblets or parfait glasses and garnishing each with a mint sprig for an entertaining-worthy dessert in a snap. Any fruit would work layered with lime cream. Try it with fresh pineapple and raspberries or peaches and blackberries. The lime cream will keep well refrigerated, so make a double batch and add fresh zest to it when serving.

Ingredients

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Light sour cream

Sugar

Lime zest

½ tsp

Unsweetened lime juice

Mango

2 small, peeled, pitted, and sliced

Blueberries

¼ cup(s), or raspberries

Instructions

  1. Stir together the yogurt, sour cream, sugar, and lime zest and juice in a small bowl. Arrange the mango slices on 4 dessert plates; spoon the lime cream evenly on top. Sprinkle with the blueberries. Yields 1/2 mango, 1 tablespoon blueberries, and about 3 tablespoons cream per serving.
