Fresh fruit salad with cumin and lime
1 medium, peeled, seeded, and cubed
1 item(s), pitted, peeled, and cubed
1 small, pink or red variety, peeled and sectioned
1 cup(s), (1/2 pint)
1 small, minced
Fresh lime juice
- 1 Heat small dry skillet over low heat. Add cumin and toast, shaking pan often, until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Transfer seeds to small plate; cool about 5 minutes.
- 2 Combine cantaloupe, mango, grapefruit, and raspberries in serving bowl. Add cumin, shallot, lime juice, and salt; gently toss to coat.
- Serving size: (1 1/4 cups)
