Red wine
25⅓ fl oz, 1 bottle (750-ml), dry
Orange juice
½ cup(s)
Pineapple
1 cup(s), fresh chunks
Apple
1 medium, cored and cubed
Sugar
3 Tbsp
Fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp
Seltzer
1½ cup(s), cold

1 Stir together wine, orange juice, pineapple chunks, apple, sugar, and lime juice in a large pitcher; stir until the sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to overnight.

2 Just before serving, stir in 1 1/2 cups chilled seltzer. Pour into 8 ice-filled glasses, being sure to include some fruit in each.
