Store-bought marinara sauce

Button mushrooms

Baby spinach
1 cup(s), roughly torn or chopped
Scallions
2 medium, thinly sliced
Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pita breads on a baking sheet; spread each with 3 tbsp of sauce. Evenly divide vegetables over top; sprinkle each with 2 1/2 tbsp cheese.

Bake until cheese is melted and golden brown, about 10 minutes.
