Margherita pizza is one of the fasted pizzas you can assemble, and we call this one "quick fix" because it is just that, easily prepped and ready in a flash. There's no rolling or stretching of dough required, since flatbread forms the base for this version of the favorite. It comes out of the oven in mere minutes, bubbling and beautiful, and it's made even more delicious with a generous drizzle of a sweet, store-bought balsamic glaze.Traditional pizza Margherita is a humble, but super fresh offering from Naples, in southern Italy, where it is traditionally made with locally grown San Marzano tomatoes (which you can find canned in many grocery stores), garden basil, and fior di latte, a fresh cow's milk cheese made in the style of fresh Italian mozzarella. Toss together a quick mix of salad greens and you've got a well-rounded meal.
