Instructions

In a blender, combine the tofu, nutritional yeast, salt, and cumin; blend on high speed until completely smooth, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour the pureed tofu mixture into a small saucepan; stir in the tomatoes. Cook over medium-low heat until warmed through, 3 to 5 minutes.
