Although we call this five-ingredient dish a breakfast casserole (and it’s a delicious, super-simple option for lazy weekend mornings), it’s so hearty and comforting that it’s great for a cozy dinner as well. Serve with a side of fruit in the morning or a simple side salad at dinner.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat an 11 x 7–inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs. Stir in the stuffing mix, ham, and cheese. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake until lightly browned on top and cooked through, about 45 minutes.
