Easy Egg Salad
Though we scoop this egg salad up with celery sticks, you can also serve it in lettuce leaves, as a sandwich, over a rice cake, and more. To make this a no-cook recipe, buy peeled hard-boiled eggs in the refrigerated section of your local grocery store.
Hard boiled eggs

Plain fat free Greek yogurt
½ tsp, or chives, finely chopped
2 rib(s), small, cut into sticks
- Mash together egg, yogurt, mustard, parsley, and salt in small bowl. Serve with celery.
