Easy egg salad

To make this a no-cook recipe, buy peeled hard-boiled eggs in the refrigerated section of your local grocery store. Hard-boiling eggs is easy if you remember to always start them in a hot pot. The ttrick is to carefully lower chilled large eggs straight from the refridgerator into the pot of boiling water. Be sure to keep the water at a bare simmer for 12 minutes, and then drain the eggs and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to chill completely before you remove the shell.
Hard boiled eggs

Plain fat free Greek yogurt
½ tsp, or chives, chopped
2 rib(s), small, cut into sticks
- Mash together egg, yogurt, mustard, parsley, and salt in small bowl. Serve with celery.
