These crispy potatoes might be the easiest-ever to prep. Choose prewashed baby potatoes (they’re available in most grocery stores), which saves you a step. The petite potatoes cook whole, so you don’t even have to get out a knife. Opt for ones that are about 1-inch in diameter. And if you purchase grated Parmesan cheese, you save yourself yet another step. Even better than the low lift, though, are the crispy texture and super-savory flavor of these spuds. They’re bound to become your go-to easy side dish.

Ingredients

Cooking spray

2 spray(s)

Uncooked baby potatoes

1 pound(s), (about 1-inch in diameter)

Olive oil

1 Tbsp

Kosher salt

½ tsp

Garlic powder

½ tsp

Black pepper

¼ tsp

Grated Parmesan cheese

2 Tbsp

Fresh parsley

1 Tbsp, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss potatoes with oil until well coated. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and pepper, and toss well to combine. Sprinkle evenly with cheese and toss well to coat.
  2. Preheat an air fryer, if necessary, to 400°F. Coat air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Add potatoes to basket and air-fry 10 minutes. Pause air fryer, shake basket to stir potatoes, and air fry until potatoes are crisp on the outside and tender when pierced with a knife, about 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
  3. Serving size: about ⅔ cup
