These crispy potatoes might be the easiest-ever to prep. Choose prewashed baby potatoes (they’re available in most grocery stores), which saves you a step. The petite potatoes cook whole, so you don’t even have to get out a knife. Opt for ones that are about 1-inch in diameter. And if you purchase grated Parmesan cheese, you save yourself yet another step. Even better than the low lift, though, are the crispy texture and super-savory flavor of these spuds. They’re bound to become your go-to easy side dish.
Uncooked baby potatoes
1 pound(s), (about 1-inch in diameter)
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp, chopped (optional)
- In a medium bowl, toss potatoes with oil until well coated. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and pepper, and toss well to combine. Sprinkle evenly with cheese and toss well to coat.
- Preheat an air fryer, if necessary, to 400°F. Coat air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Add potatoes to basket and air-fry 10 minutes. Pause air fryer, shake basket to stir potatoes, and air fry until potatoes are crisp on the outside and tender when pierced with a knife, about 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
