This recipe is destined to become your new go-to for shrimp. The air fryer works quickly and efficiently to evenly cook shrimp with minimal fat while reducing the risk of overcooking. If using frozen peeled and deveined shrimp (which we love to keep on hand for quick, convenient meals), be sure to thaw completely and pat dry with paper towels before tossing with the seasonings. We like leaving the tails on the shrimp; not only do they look pretty and provide a fun “handle” for casual eating, but they also provide a little roasty essence that adds depth to the final dish.
