Instructions

Stir together tomatoes, orange juice, scallions, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper in 4- or 5-quart slow cooker. Add pork and sweet potato and stir to combine. Cover and cook 7 hours on low.

Stir in lime juice. Divide evenly among 4 serving bowls and sprinkle with cilantro.
