Panko breadcrumbs

Grated Parmesan cheese

Uncooked tilapia fillet(s)

Lemon zest

½ medium, cut into 4 wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray large baking pan with olive-oil nonstick spray.
  2. Stir together panko and Parmesan in small bowl. Sprinkle fish fillets with lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Place fillets in single layer in prepared baking pan.
  3. Top fillets with panko mixture and spray lightly with olive-oil nonstick spray. Bake until fish is just opaque throughout, 12–15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
  4. Per serving (¼ of fish fillets)

Notes
