Crispy Parmesan-Crusted Tilapia
Enjoy the tilapia with steamed spinach and mashed sweet potatoes.
Grated Parmesan cheese
Uncooked tilapia fillet(s)
1 tsp, grated
Olive oil cooking spray
½ medium, cut into 4 wedges
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray large baking pan with olive-oil nonstick spray.
- Stir together panko and Parmesan in small bowl. Sprinkle fish fillets with lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Place fillets in single layer in prepared baking pan.
- Top fillets with panko mixture and spray lightly with olive-oil nonstick spray. Bake until fish is just opaque throughout, 12–15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
