These oven-crisped potatoes are the perfect side dish when you’re making a burger, and they’re also great with steak or chicken. You can toss the potatoes with any combination of dried herbs that you like to easily amp up their flavor.

Ingredients

Cooking spray

Uncooked potato

1 pound(s), Russet variety, cut into 1/4-inch-thick wedges

Olive oil

2 tsp

Kosher salt

½ tsp, or to taste

Black pepper

2 pinch(es), or to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat large baking sheet with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine potato wedges, oil, salt, and pepper. Onto prepared baking sheet, spread wedges in a single layer. Place in oven and roast until starting to brown and crisp, flipping once halfway through, about 25 minutes.
