Crispy air fryer chickpeas by Digital 360 Coach Cassidy

The key to getting these really crunchy is the two-step air frying process. 15½ oz, rinsed, drained, and patted dry
- Preheat air fryer to 300℉, if necessary. Spread chickpeas in a single layer in air fryer basket, and air fry, turning once, until very dry, about 14 minutes. Increase temperature to 400℉.
- Transfer chickpeas to a medium bowl, and lightly coat with cooking spray. Toss with nutritional yeast and garlic salt. Return to basket and spread in an even layer.
- Air fry until golden brown and crispy, 3 to 4 minutes. Let cool slightly (they will continue to crisp).
