Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup(s) light mayonnaise
  • 6 Tbsp 2% reduced fat milk
  • 1/4 cup(s) water
  • 4 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp table salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, water, vinegar, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper until blended. For best flavor, cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Yields about 1 1/2 tablespoons per serving.
Notes
We used dried herbs in this recipe for convenience however, fresh herbs are wonderful, too. Substitute 1 tablespoon fresh herbs for each teaspoon of dried herbs.
