If you’re looking to perk up the flavor of burgers or steak, a dollop of this zesty sauce will amply do the job.

Ingredients

Store-bought horseradish

½ cup(s), drained

Plain fat free yogurt

½ cup(s)

Fat free sour cream

cup(s)

Mustard

2 tsp, whole-grained variety

Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp

Black pepper

tsp, freshly ground

Fresh parsley

2 Tbsp, fresh, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine the horseradish, yogurt, sour cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in the parsley just before serving. Serve at once or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Yields 3 tablespoons per serving.
