Turkey meatballs
20 oz, or chicken meatballs, frozen
Kale
8 cup(s), chopped
Cauliflower gnocchi
1 pound(s), frozen or shelf-stable

Coat a Dutch oven with cooking spray and heat over medium. Add the onions and pepper flakes; cook until the onion softens, 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the chicken stock and cream of mushroom soup; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the frozen meatballs; cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add the kale; cover, reduce the heat to medium, and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the gnocchi; cook just until the gnocchi is done, 2 to 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt.
