Ingredients
Cooking spray
1 spray(s), or enough to coat pan
Sugar
2 Tbsp
Fresh cranberries
1 cup(s), whole, fresh
All-purpose flour
¾ cup(s)
Unsweetened cocoa powder
⅔ cup(s)
Baking soda
½ tsp
Reduced-calorie margarine
4 Tbsp
Packed brown sugar
¾ cup(s)
Vanilla extract
1 tsp
Egg whites

Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat an 8 X 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and cranberries over bottom of baking pan. Whisk together flour, cocoa and baking soda.

Using an electric mixer, cream together margarine and brown sugar. Beat in vanilla and egg whites, one at a time; blend in dry ingredients until smooth. Drop batter over cranberries with a large spoon.

Bake until firm in center, about 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely before inverting onto a cutting board and cutting into 8 pieces.
