4% whole milk cottage cheese

1¼ cup(s)

Grated Parmesan cheese

⅓ cup(s)

Chicken broth

1 cup(s)

Garlic

1 Tbsp, minced

Unsalted butter

1 Tbsp, softened

All-purpose flour

1 Tbsp

Kosher salt

1 tsp

Instructions

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Transfer mixture to a small saucepan. Heat on medium-low, until hot, stirring occasionally.

Serve with cooked chicken, shrimp, and/or pasta.
