“This recipe allows me to indulge in a great pasta sauce that's more nutrient dense," says Coach Alicia. She also adds "extra flair to this recipe by pouring it over some blackened chicken and fresh spinach, and by using konjac noodles."


Ingredients
4% whole milk cottage cheese
1¼ cup(s)
Grated Parmesan cheese
⅓ cup(s)
Chicken broth
1 cup(s)
Garlic
1 Tbsp, minced
Unsalted butter
1 Tbsp, softened
All-purpose flour
1 Tbsp
Kosher salt
1 tsp
Instructions

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Transfer mixture to a small saucepan. Heat on medium-low, until hot, stirring occasionally.

Serve with cooked chicken, shrimp, and/or pasta.
