Birthday cake "nice" cream

With only three ingredients, you can create a simple fruit-based treat that tastes like birthday cake. For a soft serve–like texture, enjoy the nice cream immediately after making it. For a scoopable texture, place it in the freezer for an hour or two.
- Cut the bananas into 1-inch chunks and place in a large zip-top plastic freezer bag. Seal and freeze until frozen solid, 2 to 3 hours.
- Place half of the frozen bananas and half of the vanilla in a food processor; puree, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Spoon the pureed banana mixture into a large bowl. Repeat the process with the remaining bananas and vanilla. Gently stir in the sprinkles.
- Serve immediately or, for a firmer texture, transfer to a loaf pan and freeze until ready to serve; allow to soften for 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature before scooping.
