Ingredients

Uncooked swordfish

4 oz

Tomato

1 medium, chopped

Red onion

½ small, chopped

Vinegar

2 tsp, balsamic

Mixed greens

1½ cup(s)

Instructions

  1. On grill over medium-high heat cook fish 7 minutes, turning once, until just cooked through. (Try using an indoor grill in wintertime.)
  2. Meanwhile, mix the tomatoes and onion. Sprinkle with the balsamic vinegar and let sit for about 10 minutes to marinate. Place fish over bed of mixed greens and sprinkle the tomato-onion mixture on top.
