Comeback Sauce is like a cross between rémoulade and Thousand Island dressing. It was originated in a Greek diner in Jackson, Mississippi, where the sauce became incredibly popular, and with good reason: It's delicious! It’s thought that the name came about because the sauce was so tasty, it guaranteed you’d come back to the diner for more. It's great as a salad dressing, a dip for steamed shrimp, a sandwich spread, or as a dip for crudités.
