Cod Lettuce Wraps with Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients
Strawberries
1 cup(s), hulled and very finely chopped
Kiwifruit
1 medium, peeled and finely chopped
Onion powder
¼ tsp
Cilantro
1 Tbsp, finely chopped
Fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp
Uncooked Atlantic cod
6 oz, or haddock
Chili powder
1 tsp
Kosher salt
½ tsp
Olive oil
2 tsp
Butterhead lettuce
6 leaf/leaves, large
Instructions

In a medium bowl, stir together the strawberries, kiwi, cilantro, onion powder, lime juice, and 1/4 tsp salt. Set aside.

Season the cod all over with the chili powder and remaining 1/4 tsp salt.

In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil on medium-high. Add the cod and cook for 2 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Flake the fish and serve in the lettuce leaves topped with the strawberry salsa.
