If you’re a fan of the classic orange-and-chocolate pairing, this recipe is right up your alley. Instead of floral (and sometimes bitter) orange zest, the orange element comes in the form of juicy, sweet fresh clementine sections. It’s a quick snack to whip up and make ahead for an after-school snack or fun gathering. You can easily double or triple the recipe if serving more people.

Ingredients
Clementine
2 large
Lily's Semi-Sweet Style Baking Chips
1½ oz
Shelled pistachio nuts (unsalted, dry roasted or raw, no sugar added)
1½ Tbsp
Instructions
1
Line a sheet pan or platter with parchment paper or a silicone mat and arrange clementine sections on top, spaced slightly apart.
2
In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave the baking chips on 70% power until melted, 40 seconds to 1 minute, stopping to stir every 20 seconds. Scrape the melted chocolate into a small zip-top plastic bag; seal the bag and snip a small hole in one corner of the bag. Pipe the chocolate evenly over the clementine sections. Sprinkle evenly with the pistachios. Place in the refrigerator until set, about 5 minutes.

Serving size: 1/4 of clementine segments
