These delicious chocolate chip bars have an amazing soft and chewy texture thanks to the cream cheese. Here, the recipe calls to cut them into bars but you could also cut them into smaller squares to serve them as a bite-sized dessert. Both adults and kids will love them, so they’re perfectly suited for almost any kind of party or casual gathering. They’d also make a great after school snack and they’re easy enough that small kids can help you bake them. If you don’t plan to serve all of the bars within a day or two, store the leftovers in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.
