Branch out beyond just drizzling this zesty goodness over garden salads and use it to give dishes like chicken salad, pasta salad or grain bowls a southwestern flair. Or try it as a snack and serve it as a creamy vegetable dip along with carrot sticks, grape tomatoes, and cucumber slices.
