Shallot

1 small, finely chopped

Garlic

1 small clove(s), minced

Fresh ginger

1 tsp, fresh, minced

Garam masala

½ tsp

Dark brown sugar

Ground cumin

¼ tsp

Ground coriander

Plain low fat Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp

Cilantro

2 Tbsp, fresh, chopped (optional) plus sprigs

Red onion
