Garlic clove(s)

1 small clove(s), minced

Garam masala

½ tsp

Dark brown sugar

½ tsp

Kosher salt

½ tsp

Ground cumin

¼ tsp

Ground coriander

tsp

½ pound(s), 2 (1/4-pound) thighs

Plain lowfat Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp

Cilantro

2 Tbsp, fresh, chopped (optional) plus sprigs

Uncooked red onion(s)

  3. Per serving: 1 chicken thigh and about 1/2 cup sauce

Notes

Warm naan bread can swap in for traditional rice as a side for this classic Indian dish. Half a full-size naan per serving will up the SmartPoints by 3.
