Our colorful noodle bowl uses only five ingredients and comes together in a flash when you have cooked chicken and cooked noodles in your fridge. Choose a frozen stir-fry blend that includes the veggies you love; we like one with sugar snaps, red peppers, mushrooms, baby corn, and carrots.

Instructions

  1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high. Add the frozen vegetables and frozen edamame; stir-fry until the vegetables start to soften, 4 to 5 minutes. Add the noodles, chicken, and stir-fry sauce to the pan; cook, tossing frequently, until heated through, 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Serving size: 1 ½ cups

Garnish with optional red pepper flakes and fresh chopped parsley or scallions.
