Ingredients

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Basil

Cilantro

2 cup(s), packed

Fresh mint leaves

Uncooked scallion(s)

Garlic clove

Fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, process yogurt, basil, cilantro, mint, scallions, garlic, lemon juice, and salt until combined, 2 to 3 minutes. Taste for seasoning. Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately.
  2. Dip can be made 7 days ahead. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
