Imagine a cheeseburger and a taco had a baby. Need we say more? If you'd prefer to air fry these, cook them at 400°F for 12 minutes until they're golden brown and crispy, turning them over halfway through the cooking time.

Ingredients
Cooking spray
5 spray(s)
Uncooked extra lean 96% lean ground beef
1 pound(s)
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Table salt
½ tsp
Low carb, high fiber tortilla wrap
8 tortilla(s)
Reduced fat American cheese
8 slice(s), halved
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
¼ cup(s)
Ketchup
1 Tbsp
Chopped dill pickle
2 Tbsp, plus 1 tsp pickle brine
Mustard
2 tsp
Lettuce
1 cup(s), shredded
Tomato
1 cup(s), finely chopped
Instructions
1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
2
In a medium bowl, combine the beef, garlic powder, and salt. Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions; spread each portion in a thin layer down center of each tortilla. Arrange a cheese slice on over the beef on each tortilla. Tightly roll up the tortillas.
3
Arrange the taquitos in a single layer on the lined pan. Coat the taquitos with cooking spray. Bake until the tortillas are golden and the beef is cooked through, about 10 to 12 minutes.
4
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, ketchup, pickle, pickle brine, and mustard. Arrange the taquitos on a platter. Serve with the sauce, topped with the lettuce and tomato.
