In a small bowl, mash the raspberries until mostly smooth. In another small bowl, combine the powdered peanut butter with just enough water to make spreadable but not runny.

Spread the peanut butter on 1 spread slice. Spread the raspberry mixture on the other bread slice. Add the Cheetos to 1 bread slice. Top with other bread slice.
