Loaded with all the cozy spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice, this cocoa mix is ready in as long as it takes to heat up the kettle. Mix everything together in a large bowl, then scoop it into jars. It's enough for seven 8-oz jars, or 14 smaller 4-oz jars. It's fun to pack the mix into pretty jars, tie them with ribbons, and give away as gifts to friends and neighbors, or to your children's teachers for holiday gifts. Just be sure to leave a jar at home for yourself!
