Cat Cora's grilled street corn

plain fat free Greek yogurt1 cup(s)
fresh lime juice1 ½ Tbsp
kosher salt¼ tsp, or to taste
black pepper¼ tsp, or to taste
corn4 medium, on the cob, cleaned
chili powder¼ tsp, or to taste
sea salt¼ tsp, flaked variety or to taste
cilantro3 Tbsp, roughly chopped
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Mix together yogurt and lime juice in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Grill corn, turning occasionally, until lightly charred in spots and tender, about 10 minutes.
- Remove corn from grill using tongs; brush yogurt mixture liberally over corn. Season with chili powder and sea salt; garnish with cilantro and serve warm.
- Serving size: 1 ear
