plain unsweetened almond milk

uncooked carrot(s)

1 medium, peeled and chopped

pineapple

1 cup(s), frozen, chunks

agave nectar

1 tsp

ginger root

½ tsp, grated

vanilla extract

½ tsp

unsweetened shredded coconut

1 Tbsp, tosted

toasted sunflower seed kernels

Instructions

  1. Combine juice, milk, carrot, frozen pineapple, agave, ginger, vanilla and ice in a blender; process briefly until thick and creamy. Spoon into a bowl; top with fresh pineapple, coconut and sunflower seeds.
