Instant espresso
1½ Tbsp
Hot water
1 tsp
Ice cube
⅓ cup(s)
Lowfat frozen yogurt
1¼ cup(s)
Fat free skim milk
⅔ cup(s)
Ground cinnamon

Combine instant espresso and water in a cup; stir until coffee dissolves.

Put ice in a blender container; crush. Add frozen yogurt and milk; blend until smooth. Transfer 1/4 of yogurt mixture to a liquid measuring cup; set aside. Add dissolved coffee to remaining vanilla mixture; blend just until mixed.
