low-fat milk½ cup(s)
fat free vanilla frozen yogurt½ cup(s)
black coffee¼ cup(s), but brewed espresso preferred, cooled to room temperature
ice cube(s)¼ cup(s), about 3 cubes
sugar½ tsp, superfine
ground cinnamon¼ tsp
