It takes only a few minutes to make this wrap, which is crunchy, healthy and filling.
Ingredients

fat free flour tortilla(s)

1 medium

store-bought hummus

2 Tbsp

fresh tomato(es)

1 small, thinly sliced

cucumber(s)

¼ small, thinly sliced

fresh watercress

½ cup(s), thick stems discarded

table salt

tsp, or to taste

black pepper

tsp, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay tortilla on a flat surface and spread with hummus. Layer with tomatoes, cucumber and watercress. Season to taste, roll up tightly and enjoy.
Notes
Although we've suggested that you use tomato, cucumber and watercress, fill it up with any veggies you have on hand.
