fat free flour tortilla(s)1 medium
store-bought hummus2 Tbsp
fresh tomato(es)1 small, thinly sliced
cucumber(s)¼ small, thinly sliced
fresh watercress½ cup(s), thick stems discarded
table salt⅛ tsp, or to taste
black pepper⅛ tsp, or to taste
- Lay tortilla on a flat surface and spread with hummus. Layer with tomatoes, cucumber and watercress. Season to taste, roll up tightly and enjoy.
